ASU Thermo-Radiant Barrier Flex

Solution for Concrete Roof / Balcony
The Flintkote Ultra waterproofing system formulated for concrete roof comprises of two SBS-modified bituminous coatings. It is applied as an emulsion at ambient temperatures to form a seamless and lap-free waterproofing membrane that is durable and highly flexible. Its excellent elastomeric, crack-bridging and weathering-resistant properties allow the cured membrane to accommodate thermal stresses typically found in roofing applications. The non-toxic Flintkote Ultra waterproofing membrane has been certified as an Environmentally Preferred Coating under the Singapore Green Label scheme.
Solution for Internal Wet Area
The Flintkote 3 waterproofing system for internal wet area comprises of a cement screed layer overlaying two basic bituminous coatings. It is applied as an emulsion at ambient temperatures to form a seamless and lap-free waterproofing membrane that is firm and flexible. It is easy to apply with a brush or roller trowel over the shape of substrate including protrusions and intricate details commonly found in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. The non-toxic Flintkote 3 waterproofing membrane makes this system safe to use for indoor applications.

Featuring soft replaceable brushes, high-pressure targeted cleaning, built-in anti-fall safety sensors, and one-button cruise operation, it delivers reliable performance in all weather conditions with up to 4 hours of runtime — ensuring consistent results with minimal manpower. Weighs 12.7Kg and 45 degree high pressure flush targets solar panel directly. Target mainly solar farms and industrial rooftop solar panels.
ASU EasyClean Lite
EasyClean’s electrical water brushes are purpose-built for solar panel cleaning- engineered for efficiency and durability. Portable hand-held solar panel cleaning system designed for flexibility and ease of use.
Featuring an adjustable brush head for varying panel angles, wet and dry cleaning modes, and a lightweight ergonomic design with a telescopic carbon fibre handle, it delivers up to 6 hours of operation via dual AC/DC power — ensuring effective cleaning across diverse solar installations. Total weight 15.9kg (gross) | 13.3kg (net). Portable design: Lithium battery carried in backpack. Target HDB solar panels, tough to reach spots for Industrial solar panels and Solar farms.
