For urgent leaks, we aim to have a surveyor on-site within 24 to 48 hours of your call during working days. Temporary sealing can often be applied on the same site visit, with permanent works scheduled once scope and weather permit.

Yes — we hold BizSAFE Level 3 (WSH Risk Management System) certification. All works on site follow MOM WSH requirements including Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Meetings (TBM), Work at Height (WAH) assessments and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) where applicable.
Typical terms are a deposit on confirmation, progress payments tied to milestones, and final balance on handover. Specific schedules are set out in your quotation. We accept bank transfer, PayNow Corporate and issue GST-compliant tax invoices.
